1 Introduction
The most important part of any relationship is getting to know one another. During this phase, you will place your order either through our product catalog or our Request a Quote form. You'll get a free general info session, and we will exchange some quick communications over email, text, and/or phone.
2 Planning
The first thing we will do is sit down to discuss your project, either by video conferencing such as Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime, over the phone, or in person. We will discuss in detail your motivation and goals for the project, as well as the story you're trying to tell. At the end of the phase, you will receive a project roadmap that will guide us into the next stages.
3 Design
Based on the information gathered during the planning stage, we will design your project. Depending on the exact nature of your project, you'll receive a combination of wireframe diagrams, a storyboard we'll use to tell your story, and a detailed packet of project specifications and architecture.
4 Creation
Arguably the most exciting phase of your entire project, you will get to see your project come to life before your own eyes. In this phase, we'll sit down and create your content. You will be able to see and give feedback on every draft of your project, plus receive the final version through a secure online cloud. You'll take full ownership of your new content as soon as you pay the final invoice.
